A full body session is so extensive that it takes 2hrs. It is done mostly face up, so you can breathe. I also use crystals, sound, color, and aromatherapy while doing Reiki and deep tissue massage. I use herbs for anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant properties in my massage lotion. This is a Non-sensual Deep tissue massage with energy work/Reiki incorporated. I come to you.
